taking specific vitamins

Hello  am going on this journey would like some guidance as first timer.  My question is would it be ok to continue with doctors orders consuming specific vitamins such as D, Omega 3, B6/B12 , C, and Flaxseed?

Doctor's orders trump whole30 rules, so yes.

Having said that, many vitamins, especially single vitamins as opposed to multivitamins, can be found in compliant forms. I know I found vitamin d that was compliant, although I don't remember what brand it was. So if you are running out of any of them, you might start looking around to see what's available.
