INSANITY

Recommended Posts

Over the past 2 months, my wife and I have lost 18 and 17 lbs respectively. In addition to all the activities we do, we have started the INSANITY workout program.

Is anybody out there doing this program? If so, what is your diet opposed to what they are recommending? We are on day 29 of our Whole 30 at this point.

Thanks folks.

I was actually wondering the same thing! I follow a P90X/Insanity hybrid and I know so many people say they notice an increase in strength following this nutritional approach.....but, Honestly I'm feeling a bit fatigued. I have either a sweet potato, acorn squash or fruit at each of my 3 meals....plus, I usually have a hard boiled egg and squash or sweet potato post workout....But, i'm still feeling less strong...

I would love suggestions!

Thanks!!!

After reading up on some of the Insanity Meal Planning, there are some similarities, protein and such....BUT, I really think I need to up my complex carbs while I doing Insanity. The Whole30 was great for what it is......we finished and feel great, but now with this ULTRA STRENUOUS program, protein and complex carbs are needed in higher amounts. Insanity is not yoga. Check out the Meal Planning on http://www.teambeachbody.com/home. Great tips.
