Meal spacing

I have been known to eat a can of tuna and a baked sweet potato at the gym, drive home, prepare my main meal, and be eating it 30 minutes later. Timing is not as important as appetite. I can get ferociously hungry working out, so find it easy to eat a post-workout meal and then eat my regular meal very quickly.
