First timer here....

Today is day 7 for me. I have felt pretty good with the exception of a dull headache for the past few days. I drank copious amounts of diet coke pre-w30, so that may be the culprit. Funny thing, I had a dream last night I drank a diet coke. In my dream I was so upset with myself :) I didn't sleep well on nights 1-4, but slept really well on 5&6. Loving the avocados with each meal. Lots of grilled chicken and salad. Homemade salad dressings are the best! Tonight I think we will have coconut curry shrimp. Looking forward to that. Attached is one of my ahhh-amazing salads :)

Hey! just reading through because I'm new as well. I'm on day 2. So far so good, but it is only day two... Your dream is so funny! Way to go though with not drinking soda! So I just wondered if you've read the book? I haven't. I'm not exactly sure what the diet should look like. I've read and printed off all thats on the sight but haven't really found what percentage of protein/veggies/ fruit. I know it's best to eat way more veggies with a smaller amount of fruits, but have you come across anything saying how often or how much protein one should eat?  

 

It's okay if you don't have an answer. Way to go making it to day 7! I'm imagining how good I'll be feeling come day 7.

Hey ladies

Day 9 for me I've noticed you had a question

How many proteins etc go to the W30 site and get the grocery aip and shopping lists I have them in iBooks etc See Template Dining Meal Planning etc

Usually palm sized per meal if you are active if double it at M1 or as many eggs in one hand plus extra Protien and fats early You will find you won't be hungry inbetween Stay compliant as you are

Veggies min 3 cups per day as well as min fats

No snacking limit fruit and nuts etc
