after almost quitting on day 11, find myself on day 39 :)

After almost giving up early in my whole30, A lot of people helped me for the best and end of May I finished my 30 days.  I remember going out and and having some Chinese food. oh i was so sick,  and it did not taste as good as the food I had learn to make in the last 30 days, So I learned to enjoy my new eating habits so i figured I would just stick to it. I have changed a few thing like potato chips, but I make them myself and bake instead of fry.  I got on the scale last weekend for first time and wow 15 lbs down. 


So going to keep at it and see how much better this can get.
