Day 29 and feeling sluggish...

I've been feeling pretty sluggish the last couple days. I keep thinking that maybe it is the weather as it has been really hot. I feel fine otherwise and sleep really well, however when I go for my lunch walk I am not very motivated and just dragging my feet. I am chalking it up as weather & my expecting period, but was hoping for more energy by this point. I've upped my leafy greens this week and trying my best at added an extra snack (protein & veggie) since I'm nursing my daughter. Any suggestions on why I'm feeling like this?? 

 

Yesterday

Meal 1:
3 Eggs
small handful of bacon, onion & peppers

Spinach, Kale & Dates
Almonds
Strawberries

Meal 2:
Grilled Chicken
Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
2 Egg whites
Carrots
Date & Almonds

Meal 3:
Chicken Fajitas

 

The day before

Meal 1:

3 Eggs
Onions & Peppers

Spinach, Kale
Apple
Cashews & Almonds

Meal 2:
Tuna Salad
Spinach
Carrots
Dates
Almonds

Meal 3:
Left over Spaghetti with zoodles
Starwberries

My guess is the weather and expecting period.  I'd continue W30 until after your period and then evaluate your results.  It's tough to tell if you feel better during that oh so fun time of the month.  You could also add some starchy veg like sweet potatoes for energy.  Assuming you're drinking enough water?  With nursing and the heat, you probably need even more.  Finally, personally, nuts and dates don't make me feel great.  If the last couple days are higher in them than before when you felt better, maybe try going a couple days without?
