Day 4 and still feeling the same- no withdrawal symptoms

I'm on day 4 and I still feel fine. While this would sound like a good thing, it has me worrying that I am doing it wrong. I ate pretty healthy before the Whole30, mostly vegan, but I did love bread, pasta and sugar. While I have eaten mostly organic for the past year and have avoided added sugar and fake sweeteners, I still ate some pretty unhealthy things. I am just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

It's not a rule that you have to feel crappy at the beginning.  ;)

 

If you want to make sure you are on the right track, feel free to post the past few days of your food including portions as they relate to your palm/thumbs.  Include sleep, fluids, exercise and stress.

 

We can take a look and see if anything stands out!
