rebadams Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I'm on day 4 and I still feel fine. While this would sound like a good thing, it has me worrying that I am doing it wrong. I ate pretty healthy before the Whole30, mostly vegan, but I did love bread, pasta and sugar. While I have eaten mostly organic for the past year and have avoided added sugar and fake sweeteners, I still ate some pretty unhealthy things. If you want to make sure you are on the right track, feel free to post the past few days of your food including portions as they relate to your palm/thumbs.
