rebadams Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 I'm on day 4 and I still feel fine. While this would sound like a good thing, it has me worrying that I am doing it wrong. I ate pretty healthy before the Whole30, mostly vegan, but I did love bread, pasta and sugar. While I have eaten mostly organic for the past year and have avoided added sugar and fake sweeteners, I still ate some pretty unhealthy things.
