Beyond my 30

Well I am 3 weeks out of my first Whole 30. I have found that homemade bread and pasta is ok in small servings but sad to to say that dairy is not. Mainly icecream, which was my comfort food, makes me really

ill if I eat it. I've tried it twice and both times were a huge fail. So live and learn ! I miss the energy from week 2 but I think my thyroid meds will be increased next month so that should help. I'm gonna get some more recipes together and find some different meats and get ready to crank it up again. I feel like I finally have

control over all my cravings, don't really miss much of the junk food anymore !
