Well, here it goes!  Trying to lose weight and finding it very difficult.  I am almost 45 and it seems to get mor eand more difficult.  I have Celiac Disease and Asthma so on one side it will be easy to limit what I eat (other than sugar, my evil nemesis),  it is difficult for me to exercise as hard as I would like to.  I am hoping that eliminating some of the food like dairy will help eleviate some of my asthma systems, can't hurt to try!!!!
