Day 1 Today

Here goes nothing :-) Starting Whole 30 today and am pretty jazzed about it. After a couple of false starts I am committed to really sticking to it. This is also the first time I started using the Forums so hope the accountability will help when things get tough. My first two weeks will have some extra challenges with 2 trips - one personal and one for work - but no time like the present to get going on this. 

My goals are to improve my digestion and my sleep and to stop craving sugar and carbs. I have been gluten-free for about 8 years (Celiac) and semi-paleo (refined sugar being my major non-paleo food) for about a year. Any suggestions or tips for success would be greatly appreciated!
