jmcbn
Congrats on completing day one It might be worth noting that fruit shouldn't be eaten on it's own as a snack as this can lead to a spike in blood sugars which will then lead to a trough, along with fatigue, faux hunger, lack of focus etc., especially when eaten first thing in the morning when cortisol levels are at their highest having fasted overnight. Also, try to drink your coffee with or after your meal one as it can be an appetite suppressant. You could maybe try making guacamole with your avocado? It's a great topper for lots of dishes and helps to get your ft in. Good luck with the travel...............!
