Had my coffee with no cream or sugar, did not taste good at all but will stick to it. 2 eggs, sausage patty, and a fresh bowl of fruit, so far good. Lunch-- Tuna steak with steamed veggies, 1 whole peach. Still feeling good, drinking more water then I normally do. Supper-- Grilled Hamburger steak with grilled veggies, ( squash, green peppers, red peppers, onion and Zucchini.) small bowl fruit, I could not eat much fruit. First day done and feel good. LanaJ Posted June 16, 2015 Author Share Posted June 16, 2015 DAY 2, Wake up at 2 this morning with a bad headache, was up for a couple hours, went back to bed back up a 6:30 . Don't know if this was part of the program or me being outside working in flower beds yesterday. Hope this don't happen again. Breakfast- 2 eggs with peppers, spinach, and tomato. left-over grilled sweet potato, a banana, a cup coffee Lunch- Grilled Hamburger Steak with grilled veggies, Grapes, water Dinner Chicken Breast, green beans, baked sweet potato with whole 30 butter . watermelon I did it one more day done.
