suzaloo
Now to tackle the rest of the days 1 meal at a time. The day before I started I had nightmares that I accidentally drank some diet soda and had to start all over! I'm halfway through day two and keep teetering back and forth asking myself "is this worth it." Then I realize I've got nothing to lose! I have to complete these 30 days - to prove to myself that I can do it, and to prove to the people that have seen me flip flop between every plan out there. When I am feeling doubtful or questioning the plan, I just pull out "It Starts with Food" and read a bit, or come to the site for inspiration and reminders as to why I'm doing this! homerfrizzell
I'm on day 11 and so far it has been worth it. It's easier for me now than it was the first couple days.
maggyk
I just finished Day 22, and yes, it does get easier. Grocery shopping, meal preparation, and some headaches all made the first few days difficult for me, but it really wasn't horrible, and I'm feeling so much better. Best part is that I have my blood sugar regulated again, so I don't feel like I need to eat all the food I see. Given that my office ALWAYS has cookies or pizza or something sitting out for others to eat, that's HUGE success for me. You can do this, and it IS worth it! What is it that you are finding so difficult? Sometimes voicing that helps a lot. By the way...you have the BEST Avatar ever.
