rainbowotter
O.K. here we go. Looking forward to this journey. Thinking I may be needing some buddies for this as I am the only one in my house who will be strictly following the Whole 30 program. Everyone else will be eating better for sure because I do the cooking. Have been trying out different "Well Fed" and "Whole 30" recipes for the last month or so (love a new cookbook!) and haven't had any complaints! Should be interesting! angelaid57
HI, my name is Angela. I am starting my first Whole30 today, June 16th. I am excited about this and know I will need support along the way. I am the only one eating this way where i live presently. Will be checking in to support others as well! Good luck everyone...looking forward to some amazing transformations with my health!! KR5280
Let's go! I'm very excited to be doing this. It seems like it is going to be hard at times but so worth it. I'm doing this with one of my best buddies, which is already proving helpful. We can do it! Kari
K8D
I started again on June 16th - new moon restart! I originally started on June 1st and learned something when I failed at my first attempt. I was overly helpful with a family member's wedding and ended up burning myself out. As I restart this time, I've decided to treat being on this program kind of like having a 2nd job that has to be prioritized over everything else... which means protecting the time and effort it takes to manage the planning and preparation of food, plus ensuring that I get the rest and downtime I need to keep my will power up. I wish all the best to all of us on this journey!
rainbowotter
O.K. so here is my story. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol by my doctor a couple of years ago. Through diet and exercise I have brought the numbers down quite nicely but they are still high. After hearing about whole 30 and other peoples successes I decided to give it a try. My doctor doesn't know much about the whole paleo thing but when I told him I wanted to try Whole 30 he encouraged me and since I was already having tests on a regular basis we both thought it would be good to have a bunch of test run before and then again after doing the Whole 30 program and we could see how things went. We are both very interested in seeing the results of the before and after tests. Soooo, this one is for Science.........as well as my own health.
