ercunningham8 Posted June 17, 2015 Author Share Posted June 17, 2015 Day 2 M1 - Leftover Ground Beef with Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti Squash M2 - Cobb Salad with Avocado, No Cheese, No Dressing M3 - Canned Chicken Protein Salad with Baby Spinach Day 2 was a little tough. I didn't feel like I had a hangover but I was fuzzy headed all day. I'm a manager for a technical team where I do 1on1s with team members every day. It was actually difficult to form coherent thoughts. I lost my train of thought several times and I needed to leave work a bit early because I couldn't concentrate for beans.
