Day One

 

M1  -  2 Scrambled eggs with Zucchini

 

M2 -  Canned Chicken Protein Salad with Spinach

 

S  -  1/4c Macadamia Nuts  /  Apple

 

M3  -  Ground Beef with Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti Squash

 

 

As expected, Day 1 was a breeze.  Now on to Day 2.

Day 2

 

M1  -  Leftover Ground Beef with Tomato Sauce and Spaghetti Squash

 

M2  -  Cobb Salad with Avocado, No Cheese, No Dressing

 

M3  -  Canned Chicken Protein Salad with Baby Spinach

 

 

Day 2 was a little tough.  I didn't feel like I had a hangover but I was fuzzy headed all day.  I'm a manager for a technical team where I do 1on1s with team members every day.  It was actually difficult to form coherent thoughts.  I lost my train of thought several times and I needed to leave work a bit early because I couldn't concentrate for beans.
