day 23 and grouchy

I don't really understand what all is happening in my body.

This has all been going really well.

I have been non mood which I find so weird and then tonight - look out...I snapped at everyone.

I don't know what I'm asking. Where in the book is a breakdown of changes maybe.

I have "it starts with food" as well now.

If you post several days of meals, we may be able to recommend some adjustments to improve your experience. For example, many people need to increase the starchy veggies they are eating. That has a lot to do with mood and energy.

My timeline hasn't followed the pattern exactly, but it does offer a glimpse of what to expect. 

 

To feel better try eating starchy vegetables. It really, really helps, especially if you're PMS-ing. Sweet potatoes are your friend, but so are beets, turnips, and carrots.
