I have been non mood which I find so weird and then tonight - look out...I snapped at everyone. I don't know what I'm asking. Where in the book is a breakdown of changes maybe. Here is an online version: http://whole30.com/2013/08/revised-timeline/ If you post several days of meals, we may be able to recommend some adjustments to improve your experience. To feel better try eating starchy vegetables. It really, really helps, especially if you're PMS-ing. Sweet potatoes are your friend, but so are beets, turnips, and carrots.
