Day 14 and needing support

I have been in such a foul mood for the past 2 days. I'm mad I can't have foods that I was happy to be rid of last week. I can't see any results yet. I don't feel like my clothes fit any better. My energy levels are completely deplete led. What's going on?? I thought I'd be a bundle of endless joy and energy by now. I'm getting really frustrated. Help!

Hang in there! I know that there are notes/roadmarks for how we're likely to feel as we move through the 30 days, but it really does vary so much from person to person (and from W30 to W30! I'm on my second one now...). You may wake up tomorrow feeling fantastic, like someone flipped a switch; you may struggle with low energy for the next few days and then suddenly feel good; you may see a gradual clearing and then in a week (or two) realize that you haven't felt tired for days. What seems to be true for almost everyone who walks this path is that there are ups and downs along the way but the satisfaction and results from seeing it through are well worth it.

Could you post a couple of days' worth of food, including approximate amounts, and exercise if you are exercising? Maybe something will stand out that you could change to help you feel better.

In general, what you're describing could be just the normal lack of energy that happens sometimes early in a whole30, or it might be that you're not eating enough in general, or enough starchy vegetables in particular. Other things to consider: are you drinking enough water -- we recommend a half ounce of water per pound of body weight, so if you weigh 120 lbs aim for at least 60 oz of water. Are you salting your food? Are you getting enough sleep at night? Or are you particularly stressed lately? Any of those things could contribute to moodiness and low energy.
