JenJen1986
Hi All! I'm starting my third Whole 30 tomorrow. It's been awhile, I'm gotten off track and am feeling miserable with this extra weight feeling like I need some sort of a boost. Hoping this time around I am successful as I'm feeling pretty crummy about myself right now. I'm hoping to make this a Whole 100 if it goes well!! Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 21, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 21, 2015 What you need is to adopt a routine eating plan that emphasizes foods that make you healthier and minimizes foods that don't. We are seeing more and more clearly that people are using the Whole30 as a diet and not using it as designed to learn what works for them and then going with what works for the rest of their lives. Please use your next 30 days to craft a plan for how you will eat permanently.
JenJen1986
Very true Tom! My goal is definitely to look at how this will translate to how I eat permanently this time around. Day 1 was a little abnormal (traveling for Fathers day) but all compliant-need to up the veggies!Breakfast: egg and sausage black coffee and banana with almond butter.Lunch: aidells chicken and apple sausage and bell pepperDinner: steak and couple baby potatoes
