We live in different states so I predict a lot of texting and IM'ing for support LOL! Only thing I am worried about: I usually eat a pre workout snack about 1-2 hours before I hit the gym after work...any idea for snacks that can be carried in my pocket or in my clipboard box? jmcbn Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Hi Mary The recommendation for preWO is protein & fat so a hard-boiled egg will work for you if you're looking for something portable... You may find though that you won't need a preWO depending on your satiety levels from meal two - preWO's are something you can play around with, but stick to the meal template for all other meals.
