Staring Whole30 July 6th.....

Hello! My friend and I are starting our Whole30 on July 6th. We live in different states so I predict a lot of texting and IM'ing for support LOL! Only thing I am worried about: I usually eat a pre workout snack about 1-2 hours before I hit the gym after work...any idea for snacks that can be carried in my pocket or in my clipboard box? I'm a Physical Therapist running around a large hospital all day....Looking forward to this challenge!!!

Hi Mary

 

The recommendation for preWO is protein & fat so a hard-boiled egg will work for you if you're looking for something portable... You may find though that you won't need a preWO depending on your satiety levels from meal two - preWO's are something you can play around with, but stick to the meal template for all other meals.
