Monarchadvocate Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 I hereby declare I am starting on August 1st. July is full of stressful events where I will be staying away from home. Meanwhile I will deal with going public and preparing. I am doing this to see if it will reduce the inflammation in my legs and knees. They don't hurt to walk but there is tenderness around my knees and up and down my legs especially in the midline.
