Amandafalsone Posted June 22, 2015 Share Posted June 22, 2015 I eat paleo and very close to Whole30 but have found a pattern where I've gone 6 months, 3 months then maybe a month before I'll binge on sugar. I want to put that at bay and ween myself off my indulgences of a "healthy treat" such as dates and almond butter, maple syrup in my coffee, occasional spoonful of almond butter + raw honey. The sugar dragon needs to be slaughtered;) I'm doing this w/ my sis in Louisiana. Gotta have a teammate;) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
