Lissa Kristine
So, the allergy warnings on packaging will indicate if an item shares the same equipment as an allergen- like peanuts. What do you think about this? Do you avoid all foods that may contain trace amounts of, say, peanuts? Or do you only worry if it is a definite ingredient? Robin Strathdee
Lissa, Only sweat it as an ingredient, unless you're working with a bonafide allergy situation.
Jessica Reagan
That's a relief, I was worried about this one. I'm on day 3 and I buy the 100 cal packs of walnuts and almonds to throw in my purse if I'm work or there isn't anything else around. I don't eat them everyday but I do like that they're pre-portioned and while I don't have a problem over eating nuts in general, I know it's something that should be eaten in moderation.
