i'm on day number 16, so far i've noticed my clothes are fitting a little better and i look a little slimmer. i've also been having way more energy and no energy crashes, which has really helped me cut down on coffee. ive had almost no cravings for any junk food. i walked into the grocery store tonight and right when i walked in they offered me a free sample of strawberry cheesecake, i go "cant do it, i'm on a diet!". been feeling full most of the day, and been having having more strength. been doing push ups much easier lately.
