lucrece
hey everyone! My husband and I are going to CO for our 8th anniversary for 5 Days. Yikes!!! My husband is not doing whole30 with me so I'm nervous about doing this during our trip. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to make it easier to stay compliant? Thanks! GFChris
Happy Anniversary! Assumning you'll have all your meals in restaurants, have you seen the Whole30 Guide to Navigating a Restaurant Menu:http://whole9life.com/2012/11/dining-out-whole30/
Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 24, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 24, 2015 Navigating the Whole30 for 5 days while away from home would be enough work to ruin a holiday. I recommend you schedule your Whole30 for a time you will be at home the entire time. It is one thing to eat one or two meals on the road as a newbie. It is not as hard for a long-time Whole30 veteran with lots of experience navigating restaurants as a Whole30 expert to eat a series of meals on the road. But I would not expect you to succeed on week 2 of a first Whole30.
