I don't like the taste of it alone, and would rather find a way to integrate it into a semi-savory dish with other meat and veggies. Any ideas? I bet you can make it thicker and use as a dipping sauce for chicken bits? Chutney for a pork chop will probably work. Papaya is ridiculously good with avocado.
