renragmagee Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 I started June 15 last Monday and I'm feeling great! I'm definitely tempted to eat sugar here and there but eatig meals with enough protein and fat has really helped me feel less 'munchy' over the course of the day. So energy levels are great. I feel a little moody here and there but just acknowledging the moodiness with the people I see all the time helps me deal with it better. I am sleeping about the same. I may be falling asleep quicker that is the one thing I've noticed. I notice a slight loss of weight about the rib cage nothing crazy. And that is where I'm at for now!
