sealedpenny
So I completed the reintroduction a few days a go. I didn't have any reactions to legumes. I did have a slight reaction to non-gluten grains. My throat instantly produced this thick mucus right after eating a serving of brown rice. I felt bloated for a few days as well. Dairy didn't go well either, not because of a physical reaction but a mental one. I like dairy too much so therefor it doesn't create a healthy phycological response. The last thing that I reintroduced was gluten. I still feel horrible and I'm bloated sooo bad. It's been four days. My stomach hurts so bad! Is this normal? My face also broke out I don't know what to do other than to eat Whole30 again.
jmcbn
Yep, there can be all sorts of reactions to gluten. My son for instance gets a rash, and a wheeze in his chest, as well as severe tummy cramping & diarrhea. Continued exposure leads to passing blood. I'd go back to template until the symptoms settle down & see where you want to go from there - obviously not back to the pizza parlor that's for sure!I hope your symptoms ease up for you soon.
