Sarah1313
I am on day 5. All of the ingredients are compliant, but it was really sweet and now I feel guilty. I ate it right after my lunch because I had heard they were compliant. I had never had them before this. Please help!
jmcbn
They're compliant yes, but only to be used in an emergency - like you've hiked to the top of Little Sugar Loaf, a storm's come in and you've been waiting six hours to be air-lifted to safety kind of emergency. You don't need to start over, but you do need to stop eating the bars - they'll do you no favours. Sarah1313
Ok thank you! Didn't realize it was going to be so sweet! I gotta get them out of my house!
MeadowLily
Give them away to coworkers or leave them in breakrooms. You can flush them down the toity, too.
fmr_sailor
Yep! I tried one.....big mistake. Never buying them on the Whole30 ever again. Ever.
jmcbn
What kind of an emergency did you have that required you to eat four of them...?
Mitch55
I keep a few bags of Eden organic pumpkin seeds (Organic seeds, Portuguese sea salt) and Bare Fruit crunchy cinnamon apple chips (apples, cinnamon) in my vehicles... Not for the Whole 30, I have been doing this for years, and it's very filling in any situation
fmr_sailor
What kind of an emergency did you have that required you to eat four of them...? Yeah, really! It was a conscious decision. I thought about it, knew it was wrong (as in, not ideal), and then did it anyway. But they're gone, and that's over. No more on the Whole30. Lesson learned, I'm done! But hey, at least I owned it. fmr_sailor
Oh but it was only one on Saturday that I deemed "necessary." That one was good, so I bought other flavors. Those were the Sunday night incident ones. ;-)
