newwhole30er Posted June 26, 2015 Share Posted June 26, 2015 I am totally hogging this forum today, but a couple more questions. 1) Some of my favorite veggies (cucumbers, green beans, eggplants, mushrooms) are not on the "best choices" list which I assume means they're not so nutrient-dense, or is there another reason? Should I worry about this at all or is that the train to crazytown? 2) I will eat almost any vegetable if it's dipped or doused in tahini dressing. Should I limit that, because it's sesame?
