Avocado soup

I just saw a recipe for this- seems like a great summer dish bc it's served chilled. Ingredients are basically avocado, chicken stock and I would sub coconut milk for the Greek yogurt in the recipe.

However... I'm wondering if there's really a place for this? The meal template is a thumb to two of fat- would eating a cup of soup that's basically all fat fit in?
