Chachers04
Are they unsweetened or do they have sugar substitutes like stevia or erithritol? Unsweetened plain tea is ok, sugar subs are out.
jmcbn
Crystal light contains sucralose and acesulfame potassium (sugar & sweeteners), both of which are out on Whole30 so that's a no.The diet snapple tea has aspartame so it's also out. Anything with the word 'diet' in the title is most likely out on a Whole30 and a million miles away from the type of things we want you to be eating/drinking.Try fruit infused water, and *actual* fruit/herbal teas.... Moderators Tom Denham Posted June 29, 2015 Moderators Share Posted June 29, 2015 Crystal Light? Not in a million years. Crystal Light is as far from real, whole, fresh food as fried pies sold in a convenience store. Besides, it is filled with chemicals you cannot pronounce. Oh my. Drink water. Drinking plain water is good for you. Crystal Light erodes your health.
