Pre-whole 30 I avoided butter (along with all dairy. dairy and I do not get along) but now that I know I can tolerate Ghee, I keep it around for occasional use/variety. Susan W Posted September 7, 2012 Share Posted September 7, 2012 I think dairy is something that bothers me with a bloated feeling....so....I will stick with ghee and choose to have dairy when it's totally worth it (my mom's pumpkin pie for example) and keep it out of my diet otherwise.
