ontheprecipice
I have been thinking about starting July 1, but I have a business trip to Europe (on a luxury cruise ship) for 10 days July 17. Should I postpone the start date? Recommendations?
MeadowLily
Yep. Trust your first decision. Wait until your luxury cruise is over.
Diane Shoemaker
You have a great opportunity to enjoy what exotic foods the cruise has to offer! You could also "practice" by doing a Whole1 or a Whole2 just to get your feet wet. Have a fantastic cruise! I am at day 10. Last week we went out several times and nobody even knew that I was eating differently. I didn't advertise. Only one person asked and will probably do the Whole30 herself. Win, win! Administrators ladyshanny Posted June 30, 2015 Administrators Share Posted June 30, 2015 If this is a once in a lifetime - amazing opportunity kind of thing, I wouldn't personally try to do a Whole30 at the same time. The Whole30 will be right here waiting for you when you get back.
ontheprecipice
thanks everyone. I think i am going to start Aug 1. Although I am cutting out dairy starting Thursday because i just don't feel good after I eat it. I am celiac and apparently we have a 50% greater chance of being lactose intolerant as well. Looking forward to this challenge and the positive changes it will bring to my life.
