judybot
I've considered dehydrating it into "crackers", but most of the recipes I've found use flax seed which I'm not a fan of, and I can only save so much for chicken stock. I'm at a loss, and up to my eyeballs in veggie pulp. Help!!
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 7, 2012 Moderators Share Posted September 7, 2012 Quit juicing and eat the whole veggies? Seriously, the Whole9 recommends you not break veggies and fruit down into juice.
judybot
I like eating my veggies! but sometimes I just get tired of eating a ton of sauteed or roasted veggies all the time...sigh. It's getting to be very ho-hum!
Adagio
Using a varied amount of spices and different cooking method is the key to abolishing ho-hum veggies. Juicing is not an optimal method of obtaining nutrients from produce.

hobbitgirl
Juicing is not Whole 30 compliant. That is right in the book. However, my husband does like the occassional juice, and I put the pulp into our compost heep. Then it will feed the next crop of veggies to come in.
