Fruit and Coconut milk questions

I am new to this Whole 30 and just want to make sure I am following it correctly!  I bought unsweetened dairy free coconut milk and the ingredients are coconut, water, and guar gum.  Can I use this and if so is this good in coffee?

 

Also what is the fruit serving a day they recommend?

Yep, your coconut milk is fine.

You can have any fruit you like, so long as you limit it to 1-2 servings per day (a serving being a fist sized piece) with, or as part of a meal - never alone as a snack... Or alternatively you can leave it out altogether - everything you can get from fruit you can get from vegetables apart from fructose, and you don't actually need that...

Whether or not it's good in coffee will be up to your taste buds to decide. Some folks like it, some folks don't. Some folks only like certain brands in their coffee. It all just comes down to your personal taste.
