Over slept so breakfast was just a handfull of almonds and a banana since I didn't get a chance to grocery shop until lunch. Lunch was a dull salad just lettus and tomatoes and grilled chicken and sugar snap peas. Then I headed to the grocery to stock up on hopefully enough food to last the week plus basics for cooking. It was a bit pricy but an investment now is better than health issues later! I work late so dinner was around 9pm. Grilled chicken again with fried zucchini, Brussel sprouts and some egg. I keep looking at recipes to make and they all look delicious but so many ingredients I don't have(mostly spices). I will have to adapt and start experimenting with what I have!
