Yes I also use the giblets (not liver) in my bone broth too they get really tender and add flavor I make the livers separately with onion and clarified butter Good luck! SpinSpin Posted July 3, 2015 Share Posted July 3, 2015 There isn't anything awful about offal! Yummy stuff! I use the gizzards in gravy or soup and i saute the heart and liver. In fact I had chicken livers for breakfast the other day sauteed up with onions and peppers. The livers are also very good ground up and mixed into meatballs and meatloaf. Hi Mega My wife, parents and three daughters, 1 sister, and 1 niece are all starting 7/20. Several were on vaca, so we waited till we were all home for a 30 - 40 day strretch.
