TinaC Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 I pretty much eat gluten/low grain anyway, and have gone dairy free for a few days already, but sugar is my nemesis. I've had detox symptoms from hell when I have tried to cut it out before that were debilitating and lasted for a couple of weeks before I caved. I'm hoping my gradual phasing out of most grains and carbs for the past couple of weeks makes this time a bit more manageable. Scared but excited!!
