I pretty much eat gluten/low grain anyway, and have gone dairy free for a few days already, but sugar is my nemesis. I've had detox symptoms from hell when I have tried to cut it out before that were debilitating and lasted for a couple of weeks before I caved. I'm hoping my gradual phasing out of most grains and carbs for the past couple of weeks makes this time a bit more manageable. Scared but excited!!

I'm with you Tina...I start today as well.  Challenge #1....suppressed the urge to just jump out of bed and skip breakfast.  I get the carb and sugar cravings big time...so I underestand your nervousness!  Good luck... We.Can.Do.This!!

I was reading your reply this morning on my big Day 2 and realized that I was letting breakfast slip by, lol! Got me up and cooking up some sweet potato hashbrowns and eggs. Good luck BarbieJ!
