Newbie Question

Started July 3rd, on Day 4....feeling good. I am a runner and swimmer and feeling a bit tired, legs feel weak...is that normal??

Food question: Can I have Eden's Organic Apple Butter? Only ingredients: apples, apple juice concentrate...??

Ok, first off a lot of people struggle with their runs/training sessions in the first few weeks, but if you'd like to post a few days worth of your food/liquid intake along with activity levels we can take a look and see if you need to make any tweaks, like adding in more fat or starchy veg.

Are you including pre/postWO meals?

 

Secondly, the Apple butter is compliant, but what are you planning to do with it?

Like jmcbn mentioned, it's not unsual to have those feelings when you're first starting out on Whole30, but it's also possible that tweaking something could help alleviate those feelings. Hard to say for certain without knowning a little more about what/when you're eating, how you're training, sleep schedule, water, etc.
