well, I did it! I made it the whole 30 days. I have no idea how much weight I lost because I don't own a scale, but I do notice that my clothes fit slightly better. I'm a little bit bloated right now from salty bacon, so maybe they'll even fit a lot better after a few days. I have a lot more energy now and I have cut WAY back on coffee, I have also learned that coffee is probably what caused my rapid weight gain earlier this year. I love a lot of the whole 30 foods and am going to continue eating like this, but I also miss having the occasional pizza or tacos. I feel like now I can easily control my cravings and stop myself from eating stuff that will leave me hungry again in a few hours
