Had some bread milk and ice cream last night

I figured I'd try both bread and dairy at the same time, and if there was a problem id pin point it between the two... So far (9 hours later) I feel a little gassy and gross, but nothing too bad. I was worried I was going to be nauseous, but luckily I am not!! This is good because I am going to Chicago in a few days and will be eating a fare share of Chicago pizza. Next I will try legumes in a few days

It's always worth doing a separate reintro just to determine what works for you, but that's entirely up to you now that your thirty days are done. Just bear in mind though that a lot of the foods you've excluded during your Whole30 can have a cumulative reaction - the more you expose your gut to the offending food the worse you start to feel...

I noticed that my first introduction of dairy was absolutely fine, and then gluten was not that bad and didn't have as immediate of a bloat that legumes gave me; however, the second day in a row I had gluten and dairy combined on top of the previous days gluten intake I was in the bathroom far more often! 

 

Have fun in Chicago and if you have a bit more bathroom breaks then previously you will know why haha
