AngGH1029
I have 2 prescribed medications that must be taken at bedtime. They make me extremely nauseated if taken on an empty stomach. Any suggestions on how to make this work with "3 meals, no snacking" and "stop eating a few hours before bed"? I am on Day 2. Last night was horrible - nausea, pain & burning in stomach until I feel asleep. Then I woke up nauseated (but that could be just day 2...) Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 7, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 7, 2015 Oh yikes, that's not good. If you need to eat something in order to take your medications, that's totally fine. The "three meals a day no snacking" is just a very strong recommendation, it's not a solid rule of Whole30. You'd be best off eating something easily digestible that contains at least protein and fat but ideally also veggies. A hard boiled egg with some sweet potato, perhaps?
