Is queasiness from too much protein or carb withdrawal?

I have been a vegetarian on and off most of my life

To do this whole30 I decided to start eating meat again .

I realized that I love carbs ,not sugar so much but bread ,cereal,pasta and that has been mostly what I have been eating until now

On day21 I find I feel quite good but a bit sick most of the time and I really have no appetite

I read recipes and nothing except the veggies appeals to me

I feel as tho I am eating too much protein so then I don't eat much at meals and end up snacking on fruit and nuts

I want to continue eating like this as I am sleeping better ,I am less bloated and seem a little slimmer

Also have a bit more energy

Would love to hear from other ex vegetarians
