BellyBreathsofHappyness Posted July 9, 2015 Author Share Posted July 9, 2015 Day 1 Brekkie - Tumeric eggs (Healthy Chef) & coco cuppacino Lunch - Poached chicken tossed with W30 basil pesto and sliced strawberries, baby spinach & tomato, sweet potato & red capsicum baked veges Snack - Coco cuppacino Dinner - 2 X W30 salmon cakes with steamed broccoli and W30 mayo Feeling good and off to a great start. I'm curious... what on earth is a coco cuppacino? Also, if it's not veggies (which I'm guessing it probably isn't) you seriously need to look at your meal one...
