Rob321 Posted July 8, 2015 Share Posted July 8, 2015 Hey, Im on day 8 of the whole 30, at the weekend, me and my other half were waking up at mid-day and missing breakfast, i had a lack of energy that day and the day after and wondered if we should have made it up and ate three meals that day? rather than the two we had. Has anyone got any advice? I find that when a meal isn't big enough/imbalanced I get really hungry and have been trying my best not to snack! Don't fight this, just make up another template-meal or mini-meal and get back on track. One note: personally, if I miss a meal it might take several larger meals before I feel right again. fmr_sailor Posted July 9, 2015 Share Posted July 9, 2015 Glad to see this thread! I'd originally started July 1, but did a race July 4. Was not hungry for meal one, so I skipped it. Well, it was all downhill from there til I quit that night after dinner. I restarted July 7, and I am following the template to a T. It's my day 3, and I feel great!
