Starting July 11

i've decided to jump into whole 30 tomorrow July 11. Normally I'm not a fan a elimination diets, but having had another terrible gastritis flare up in the middle of the night that woke me up from the pain I need to figure out how to get it under control. My husband isn't doing the program but has agreed to eat some of the meals with me which is great. Hopefully I can find my gastritis trigger foods and kick my terrible sugar cravings!!
