Unfortunately, being tired is pretty common in the first week or so of a Whole30. I'd be careful with the coffee, though, since it can come back to bite you later when it suddenly hits you around bedtime tonight and you can't sleep, and then you're tired all over again tomorrow.


Maybe try going for a walk, or just get up and move around some -- jumping jacks or running in place even, if that's the only option you have. If you have time to take a nap before you start work, do that (set an alarm, though!), but if that's not an option, you're just going to have to struggle through for now. 


In general, make sure you eat enough, and work on getting to bed early enough to get eight hours of sleep a night.
