BirdyP Posted July 12, 2015 Share Posted July 12, 2015 Ok, ok,.....really! I don't use cooking spray often, actually try to avoid it BUT!! BIG BUT! I just looked at my Ingrediants. Soy, soy lecithin, canola oil. All bad, right? So when I don't use cooking spray I use coconut oil or EVO. I guess I just worry about using too much of these. Thoughts? Advice?
