javajane3 Posted July 13, 2015 Share Posted July 13, 2015 I will be embarking on my first Whole30 July 27th. I am currently trying to plan meals and wrap my head around this new lifestyle. I will be running my first 10K on day 28 of the whole30 so I am hoping my running doe not suffer too much. I am happy to see these forums are active and full of great advice!
