elolux
Can I have Kimchi at a Korean BBQ restaurant?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 13, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 13, 2015 You would have to check with them as to their ingredients. Commercial kimchi often has sugar in it.

elolux
I'm not sure what to eat at the Korean Rest. Very confused right now.... Have you been to a Korean Rest on the Whole 30?
Administrators ladyshanny Posted July 13, 2015 Administrators Share Posted July 13, 2015 I have not been to a korean restaurant. It is basically the same premise as any restaurant. You have to ask the questions. Your best bets are dry grilled meats and steamed veggies or dry salads and bring your own dressing. Watch the meat for marinades and rubs though and always ask about cooking oils.
